CONDENSATION? This is a very common household problem and is due to lack of ventilation and heating. It can spoil decoration and plasterwork and can lead to mould growth within the building, which can aggravate respiratory problems and is unhygienic.

Condensation can be greatly reduced, simply and economically by the installation of one our ventilation units.

The REMCON - require virtually no maintenance and use very little electricity, (similar to that of a modern energy-saving light bulb). They are installed in the attic, so are unobtrusive. Providing all year round fresh filtered ventilation, creating a healthier living atmosphere.

The Eclipse Heat Recovery Unit –We also have the solution for individual rooms. The Eclipse is a ventilator fan, which extracts moist air from the room and returns the heat back in, using a humidistat. This automatically operates as humidity in the room increases, removing moisture, while returning 80% of the heat back into the room.

The Daisy - No loft? The Daisy can be fitted into flats, apartments and properties with out a loft or attic. It works on the same principle as the REMCON…but is mounted on an outer wall and ducted to the hallway.
